    Purchasing on-line

    Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the categories above and click the “Add to Cart” button underneath the item you wish to buy or click on the item image for more details. Once you have added an item, it will be added to your shopping cart, which you will see in the top right hand corner of the page. When you have finished shopping you can click on the cart icon or next to any item displaying the “view cart” link. This will take you to a page showing what you have in your shopping cart. On this page you can delete any items added and select your postage option. When you have finished, click the proceed to checkout button.

    Checkout

    On this page, you enter your delivery address and any special instructions. Check your postage option is correct and then click on the proceed to paypal button. This will take you to the secure paypal page, where you can choose to pay by credit or debit card or from your paypal account. Please note, you do not require a paypal account to pay by card

    Shipping And Handling

    The following shipping costs will be charged no matter how big the order:

    UK – £4.50

    International – £9.99

    All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent secure method, all in plain packaging with no company logos.

    Delivery Schedule

    Your order will be dispatched within 24 – 72 hours. On the rare occasions where a product is out of stock then we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will give you a full refund.     Tax Charges

    All orders are VAT free.

    Guarantee and Returns

    Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot replace any items once the sealed packaging has been opened unless there is a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of such a fault we will replace the item on a like for like basis, if returned within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Rubber

    Please remember that all rubber comes to you in matt finish. To achieve the shine that you see on our garments in the photographs it has to be polished with a silicone based type of polish. A suitable polish is available in the Rubber category or you could actually use most proprietary furniture polishes.

    Privacy Policy

    Hot Oz understands that complete privacy is expected and under no circumstances do we disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Discreet plain packaging is used for your order with no company logos etc. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to Paypal
